BMG EBIKES Return Policy
1. General Return Policy:
  • Test Drives: Bikes that have been test-driven and subsequently purchased cannot be returned for a refund.
  • Standard Returns: If you are not satisfied with your bike and it meets the return criteria, you may be eligible for a refund or exchange under the following conditions:
2. Eligibility for Refund or Exchange:
  • Time Frame: You must request a return within one week of the purchase date.
  • Condition of the Bike: The bike must be in its original condition. This means no dents, scratches, or signs of wear.
  • Refund Process: If the bike meets the above criteria, BMG EBIKES may issue a full refund. 
Alternatively, you can apply the refund towards the purchase of a different model bike.
3. Non-Refundable Items:
  • Custom Orders: No refunds are provided for custom or specially ordered bikes.
  • Special Promotions and Clearance Items: Items purchased through special promotions, discounts, or clearance sales are final and not eligible for refunds.
4. How to Request a Return or Exchange:
  • Contact Us: Reach out to our customer service team within the specified time frame.
  • Inspection: The bike will need to be inspected to confirm its condition.
